Fulam Construction’s excellent reputation in the building renovation works market led to their invitation to participate in a technical seminar hosted by the Building Rehabilitation Department of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the seminar was presented visually and was attended by over hundreds of URA staffs. Mr. Raymond Leung, CEO of the Group, who has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, represented Fulam Construction and shared with URA staff the pricing criteria that Main Contractors consider when creating accurate bids for renovation work tenders.
