Fulam Construction has met the registration requirements for the Building Rehabilitation Company Registration Scheme, which is organized by Hong Kong Rehabilitation Facilitation Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Urban Renewal Authority. The company obtained assessment score of 100%, assessed by The Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, which evaluates the company’s quality management, professional service, and customer service mechanisms or systems for performing building rehabilitation works. As a result, Fulam Construction is now registered as a “Registered General Building Contractor” under the scheme with the validity up to 1 August 2025.
