After the acquisition of 25% of the issued shares of Acasa Property Limited, the holding company responsible for redeveloping the commercial building at No.18 Kimberley Street, Mr. Raymond Leung, CEO of the Group, and Mr. Thomas Tam, the strategic JV partner, have entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement for the group’s acquisition of an additional 25% of the issued shares of Acasa, as well as a Joint Venture Agreement. Both agreements are contingent upon approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
