Fulam Construction was awarded with an A&A and interior fitting-out project for the office of an internationally renowned high-end luxury brand company with an original contract sum of approximately HK$100 million

2021

Incorporation of Zero Environment Engineering Company Limited (“Zero Environment”) in Hong Kong

Fulam Construction was accredited the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System

The Group commenced property investment business by holding a strategic investment property in Kwai Chung.

2022

The Group commenced property development business by acquiring 25% share of Acasa Property Limited (Acasa), a property development holding company in Hong Kong.

The Group received the “Hong Kong Commercial Times Awards 2022: The Most Outstanding Interior Decoration Contractor of the Year”.

Fulam Construction was awarded a foundation and substructure contract with the contract sum of HK$35 million for a commercial development project in Tsim Sha Tsui.

2023

The Group acquired the share of Acasa up to 50% and reached a Joint Venture Agreement with a strategic partner for the commercial building re-development project at 18 Kimberly Street, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Fulam Construction was awarded to be a “Caring Company” by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS).

The Group was awarded the “Hong Kong's Most Outstanding Business Award 2023” by CORPHUB.

2024

Fulam Engineering was registered with the Buildings Department as a Minor Works Contractor in Class I, II and III across Types A, B, C, D, F and G.
