Dear Stakeholders,
It is my pleasure to share with you an update on our progress at Chi Ho. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors, I am proud to lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering quality construction services to our clients and generating value for our shareholders.
Over the past year, we have faced unprecedented challenges due to the global pandemic. However, I am pleased to report that despite these challenges, we have remained resilient, and have continued to operate efficiently and effectively.
During the year, we have successfully completed several landmark projects and received the `Hong Kong Commercial Times Awards 2022: The Most Outstanding Interior Fitting-out Contractor of the Year’ and have continued to focus on strengthening our relationships with our clients, partners, and suppliers. Our success in delivering high-quality projects has been possible due to the hard work and dedication of our employees, who have shown great commitment, despite the challenges.
The Group will simultaneously explore new business, in which new milestones of cooperating in joint venture for new capital construction works in property development have been reached.
At Chi Ho, we recognize the importance of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. We are committed to adopting best practices in health and safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility. Our aim is to create long-term value for all stakeholders by balancing our economic, social, and environmental impacts.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the future, and are committed to pursuing growth opportunities, while maintaining our focus on operational excellence. We will continue to invest in our people, processes, and technology to improve our competitiveness, and to better serve our clients.
