Dear Stakeholders,
It is my pleasure to share with you an update on our progress at Chi Ho. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors, I am proud to lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering quality construction services to our clients and generating value for our shareholders.
Over the past year, despite local economic challenges, I am pleased to report that we have remained resilient, and have continued to operate efficiently and effectively.
During the year, we have successfully completed several landmark projects and our subsidiary, Fulam Construction Engineering Company Limited was honored with the `Excellence in Building Renovation and Improvement Projects’ at the HKET Excellence Awards 2024. We have continued to focus on strengthening our relationships with our clients, partners, and suppliers. Our success in delivering high-quality projects has been possible due to the hard work and dedication of our employees, who have shown great commitment, despite the challenges.
Following the strategic initiatives introduced last year, I am pleased to share that our entry into the property development sector has shown promising progress. The K18 boutique hotel project is moving forward smoothly and remains on track for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
At Chi Ho, we recognize the importance of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. We are committed to adopting best practices in health and safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility. Our aim is to create long-term value for all stakeholders by balancing our economic, social, and environmental impacts.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the future, and are committed to pursuing growth opportunities, while maintaining our focus on operational excellence. We will continue to invest in our people, processes, and technology to improve our competitiveness, and to better serve our clients.
