Fulam Construction has been awarded the design and build main contract for the Proposed Residential Redevelopment at No. 8 Chuk Kok Road, Sai Kung, with a contract sum of HK$33.8 million. The scope of works includes designing and submitting plans for approval by the Buildings Department, carrying out construction works from foundation to superstructure, installing MEP (mvac, electrical, fire services and plumbing) systems, smart home and security systems, as well as completing soft and hard landscaping works, and obtaining the Occupation Permit and Certificate of Compliance from the Buildings Department and Lands Department, respectively.
