Certificate and Qualification

Fulam Construction Engineering Company Limited (“Fulam Construction”) is a Registered General Building Contractor and Registered Specialist Contractor for Site Formation works under the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance. Additionally, the company is a Registered Electrical Contractor under the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department as well as a Building Contractor under the Maintenance Works Category – Group M1 (Probationary) of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Fulam Construction is also registered as a General Building Contractor under the Building Rehabilitation Company Registration Scheme, which is organized by Hong Kong Rehabilitation Facilitation Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Urban Renewal Authority.

Fulam Construction Engineering Company Limited has also obtained certificates of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Fulam Engineering Hong Kong Company Limited (“Fulam Engineering”) is a Registered Minor Works Contractor, qualified in Class I, II and III across Types A, B, C, D, F and G under the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance.
